Rental conditions

Rental conditions:

• The minimum rental period is 1 day, which applies from 09:00 to 19:00
• Showing a valid ID is mandatory.
• Our breakdown service is automatically included in the rental price. We offer this service within a radius of 25 km from our office from 09:00 to 19:00 in places where we can reach by car.
• The bicycle must always be locked.
• In case of loss of the bicycle key, 15 euros will be charged.
• All rental items must be returned before 7:00 PM.
• It is forbidden to go on a bicycle with 2 people.
• It is forbidden to go on the beach with a bicycle / scooter.
• In the event of any early return, the full rent remains valid.
• In case of return after the agreed return date, the lessor will charge the full day's rent for each day that the bicycle / scooter is returned later than agreed, to be calculated from the closing hour on the return date.
• The bicycles / scooter that you have reserved, for which the reservation has not been paid, is ready for you until 11:00 am, unless otherwise agreed. After this your reservation will expire.
• In the unlikely event that there is an availability problem, we can offer you an alternative

• The renter is deemed to have received the rented bicycle / scooter in good condition. The lessor is deemed to have delivered the bicycle in good condition. The lessor is therefore not liable for any damage that the lessee claims to have suffered as a result of the rented property.
• The renter is liable for damage to the rented bicycle / scooter and will reimburse both the repair costs and the necessary replacement of damaged parts. (Cover this with carefree on the go)
• In the event of theft, the renter is liable for the current value of the bicycle / scooter. (Cover this with carefree on the road)
• The renter will take care of the rented bicycle / scooter as a good manager.
• The tenant bears full legal liability for damage caused to third parties.
• We apply the following conditions for canceling or changing a reservation: ( Cover this with carefree on the road )
  – If you cancel between 3 weeks and 8 days before the reserved date, you owe 25% of the reserved amount. During this period you can therefore cancel a maximum of 75% of the original amount free of charge.
  – In case of cancellation between 7 days and 1 day before the reserved date, you owe 50% of the last reserved amount. During this period you can therefore cancel a maximum of 50% of the number free of charge.
  – If you cancel or do not collect the bicycles on the reserved date, we are forced to charge the full amount.

Carefree on the road Conditions

• No costs for cancellation even on the day itself you can cancel free of charge
• No excess in the event of theft, if you can show the key to the rented property and report it to the municipality where the theft took place:
• No compensation is due in the event of damage to the rented property, unless the damage is caused by improper use.
